Go to your dashboard and click "Create New Box". Fill in the details and submit.

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within Nairobi, 3-5 days for other regions.

We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

You can track your box using the QR code provided after creation or via your dashboard.

We accept:
  • M-Pesa (Mobile Money)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Bank Transfers
  • PayPal (for international payments)

You can cancel a delivery from your dashboard before the box is picked up.

After pickup, please contact support immediately for assistance.

Note: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of delivery.

We offer three package sizes:
  • Small: Up to 30x30x30 cm, 5 kg max
  • Medium: Up to 50x50x50 cm, 15 kg max
  • Large: Up to 80x80x80 cm, 30 kg max
