Go to your dashboard and click "Open New Box". Choose your box size, confirm the delivery address, and start adding items.

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within Nairobi, 3-5 days for other regions.

After checkout, open your QR or box details page and send the generated BebaBox pickup code to each vendor so they only release the parcel to the assigned rider.

You can track your box using the QR code provided after creation or via your dashboard.

Yes. BebaBox now has a vendor-facing panel and is preparing for deeper checkout and API integrations for merchants with websites.

We accept:
  • M-Pesa (Mobile Money)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Bank Transfers
  • PayPal (for international payments)

You can cancel a delivery from your dashboard before the box is picked up.

After pickup, please contact support immediately for assistance.

Note: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of delivery.

We offer three package sizes:
  • Small: Up to 30x30x30 cm, 5 kg max
  • Medium: Up to 50x50x50 cm, 15 kg max
  • Large: Up to 80x80x80 cm, 30 kg max

For larger items, please contact support for special arrangements.
